M1 has established equity positions in publicly traded real estate securities

On October 30, 2009 M1 established nine equity positions in publicly traded real estate companies. We now have ownership in the following companies:

1. Home Properties (HME)
2. UDR, Inc (UDR)
3. Annaly Capital (NLY)
4. American Campus (ACC)
5. Digital Realty (DLR)
6. HRPT Properties (HRP)
7. Macerich (MAC)
8. Realty Income (O)
9. Mack-Cali Realty (MAC)

These companies are invested in Multi-family, Retail, Industrial, Office, Data Storage, Student Housing, and Mortgages.

By establishing ownership in these companies M1 takes advantage of low share prices, industry diversification and an opportunity to achieve long-term capital appreciation with a steady stream of dividend income.

M1 will continue to invest capital in "hard assets" in our targeted market place, however as the market dictates management will also continue to add to these positions which strengthens our diversified real estate portfolio.

Since October 30, 2009 M1's equity positions (the nine above plus CGM Realty (CGMRX) has generated a 12% return.
