MONOPOLY Purchases property # 6 and #7.

September has been a very busy and an exciting month for MONOPOLY.

On September 1 we purchased a duplex located at 822 Grand Street, Joplin, MO. This property is located next to our existing single family, 824 Grand and right across the street from our 3 bedroom single family home, 831 Grand. The value of this purchase is $54,000 and produces an annual income of $7,200.

On September 28 we purchased an 11-unit apartment building, 1300 E. 15th Street, Joplin, MO. We purchased this property for $327,000. With an annual income of $54,300 the property appraised at $350,000 which provides us $23,000 of equity, a GREAT buy!

We also welcomed 3 new members to our family.
