1Q2007 Results: Share price increases to $11.77!

The financial results are in for the 1Q2007. MONOPOLY I, LLC has continued to increase share member value quarter over quarter as our share price increased from $11.39 to $11.77 as of March 31, 2007, representing a 3.34% rate of return.

On June 1, 2006, the inception of our company, we began with a $10.00 share price. Our new share price reflects a 17.7% increase in share value since our inception. During this same time period the S & P 500 Index returned 10.4%.

I am very proud of the financial results that our management team has delivered. We will continue to invest our share members hard earned dollars in a very efficient and effective way as we continue down the road of building a secure financial future through real estate investing.
